Everything you need to know
Setup
Revitex requires no additional Software, to start building your material library. In a few simple steps you are ready to start downloading and adding to your material library
​
- Cretae a 'Material Library' folder, located in a shared locaion on your network

- Add a Render path into your design software

Add To Library
Once Your Material Library Folder is created you can start downloading libraries from revitex.net.
​
- Serarch by Manufacturer or Range for the material you want
​
- Download the library you want from the product page
​
- If you are using Windows, you can use the Add to Library button to add the files into your company library

Adding the materials into your project will vary depnding on the software you use, here are some examples of how to add them using our native libraries

Revit
​
- Open your materials dialogue
- Select Open Existing library
- Navigate to your Material Liobrary Folder
- Select a Library File (.adsklib)
- Add the matereials you need into your prpoject

Enscape
​
- Open the material editor
- Batch import *.matpkg
- Select which materials you want to add to Enscape
​

Sketchup
​
- File>Import
- Select and oimage and import as texture​​
